Santana Landscaping LLC is a locally owned landscaping and property maintenance company serving . We started with one truck and a handful of weekly lawn accounts, and we have grown the way we wanted to: slowly, by referral, keeping our routes tight enough that crews spend the day working on properties rather than driving between them.
We run our own crews and our own equipment. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you have never met, which means the people who learn your property — where the sprinkler heads are, which bed the dog digs in, how you like the edges cut — are the same people who come back next week.
What we care about
Showing up when we said we would. A schedule you cannot rely on is worse than no schedule at all, so we build fixed routes and text when the crew is on the way.
Doing right by the plants. Pruning happens on the horticultural calendar, mulch goes down at the correct depth and gets pulled back from trunks, and we will tell you when a lawn needs renovation instead of quietly selling you another season of fertiliser.
Pricing you can read. Every estimate is itemised and written down. You will never see a charge on an invoice that you did not approve first.

We carry full general liability coverage and can provide certificates of insurance to homeowners, property managers and condo associations before work begins. Our operators are trained on the equipment they run, and equipment is maintained so it does not leak on your driveway.
