Who we are

Santana Landscaping LLC operates this website. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at Admin@santanallc.org or 111-111-1111.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, book an appointment or send us a message, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and whatever you tell us about the work you need. If you attach photos, we store those too.

Our server also records standard technical information for every visit — the page requested, the time, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address — which we use to understand which pages are useful and to detect abuse. We do not use this to identify individual visitors.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your estimate, schedule and carry out work, contact you about that work, and keep our own business records. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it with a third party only when it is necessary to do the work — for example, an email delivery provider that carries our messages — or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests, appointments and customer records are kept while your account is active with us and for as long as we need them for tax and legal purposes afterwards. You can ask us to delete your records at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep them.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie to keep your session secure while you use a form, and a security token that prevents forged submissions. If you tick "keep me signed in" on the staff login, a second cookie stores that choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Admin@santanallc.org and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Information is stored on a server we control, protected in transit by HTTPS. Passwords for staff accounts are hashed, never stored in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures and review them.
